Peppermint Place

The Peppermint Place just moved to a new location in American Fork. It is off the 500 E freeway exit--turn into the 1st parking lot on the right after exiting the freeway. It's near Cal Ranch and Office Depot. 

We went to the Peppermint Place to watch the candy makers. We had a fun time watching the different designs they were creating. I couldn't believe they were working on Halloween candy! They make little designs to put on suckers or gumballs. My boys' favorite part was watching them make the eyeball suckers pictured above. There are 3 big windows where you can watch them create candy. The candy makers are there Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 AM - 3 PM, and Thursdays from 10 AM - 12 PM. I called ahead to make sure they would be there. The store is open from 10 am - 6 pm.

This is a small adventures, it won't take much time. We hung around for about 30 minutes watching the candy makers and also checking out all the candy for sale in the store. If you have a few minutes, or are looking for a treat, you can check out the Peppermint Place.
