Sorenson house in Lehi (plus a few extras)

Sorenson House
2513 N 380 W
The Sorenson house is an extravagant light display set to music in north Lehi.  Over 100,000 lights including a guitar playing Santa and 2 very tall trees are the highlight of this show. The program lasts about 30 minutes, and unfortunately, you won't be the only ones there. It took us awhile to creep up the street far enough to actually see the show, but when we did we were impressed.

We weren't big fans of the playlist-- there were too many slow songs (we don't think Silent Night is nearly as appropriate to dancing Christmas lights as Trans-Siberian Orchestra), but the sheer volume of lights is amazing. Look closely on our video, and you can see vertical strips of lights every foot or so across the shingles, but they are buried in snow. Tune to 90.7 for the music.

Make sure you check out some other displays very close to the Sorenson house. To get to the Sorenson house, take 300 west in Lehi north to 2450 N. As you're heading north up 300 West, turn left on 1850 N and check out the 2 houses that are fully decked out with tons of Christmas lights. There's no musical show, but lots of lights (farther down, is an arrow pointing with the message pointing to the more elaborate displays that says, "Me, too.")

1850 N 300 W

The Sorenson house is left off 300 West onto 2450 N. The traffic starts there. You'll need to turn onto 380 W to see the lights at Sorenson House. After you see this display, continue north up 300 West until you reach the end (3200 N). Turn left and then right and tune to 99.9 for a simpler, but well-timed display that features around 5 instrumental songs. The address for these lights is 3281 N 425 W in Lehi.

We named this the Lehi House.
