Seven Peaks

We decided to take the plunge and head to Seven Peaks. We tried to figure out who had been there most recently and I think it was me about 12 years ago. So, we loaded up our two boys and drove to Provo (although there is a Seven Peaks in Salt Lake). We have the Pass of All Passes, so entrance to the park is free, but we did have to pay $5 for parking.

For those of you who have never heard of Seven Peaks--it is a water park. Our now 5-year-old has a fear of the water, so the first 45 minutes were a little dramatic, but our two year old LOVED it. He has no fear and would probably have walked to the end of the wave pool if he was tall enough. That was definitely the favorite location for our two boys--the oldest finally warmed up and would play in the wave pool. So the last hour was fun for everyone. There are two other play areas for kids with little slides and shallow waters. I was actually impressed with the variety of different activities for my two little kids.

We didn't try any of the big rides, but they have lots of those as well. We went the day after the 4th of July, and I think everyone was too tired from the fireworks, because it was actually not too crowded. I had a ton of fun and since it is a $5 activity, we will definitely do it again this summer.

I forgot my camera, of course! But next time we go, I will add some pictures.
